Candice Powell began their work experience in 1993 as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy. Candice provided general health care procedures and served as an Emergency Medical Technician/Emergency Vehicle Operator. Candice also mentored junior personnel and conducted performance evaluations. In 1997, they joined Medtronic MiniMed as a Clinical Services Technician, where they provided product support on a 24/7 inbound call center and received recognition for quality customer service. Candice was later promoted to Product Help Line Supervisor, managing a team of service technicians and providing in-house customer service to management and technicians. From 2001 to 2003, they became the Product Help Line/Hiring Manager, leading a 24/7 Product Help Line Call Center and collaborating with other department managers to resolve customer concerns.

In 2003, Candice moved to BioPath Clinical Laboratories as the Customer Service Manager/Hiring Manager. Candice managed an inbound/outbound 24/7 call center and hired, trained, and supported a team of customer service representatives. Candice also resolved escalated customer concerns.

In 2004, Candice joined Regency Supply as a Senior Customer Service Manager/Hiring Manager, where they implemented new processes and systems to improve customer service satisfaction. Candice then became an ERP Implementation Team Member, project managing a company-wide training program and developing curriculum and materials for training sales and customer service team members on the ERP system.

Starting in 2008, Candice took on the role of Director, Customer Service at Regency Supply, where they managed inbound/outbound multi-location customer service and call centers and provided leadership to three Customer Service Managers and 30 customer service professionals. Candice aligned day-to-day operations with the company's goals for service excellence. In 2012, they left this role.

In 2015, Candice transitioned into the role of Manager, IT Strategic Initiatives at Regency Supply. Candice then became the Sr. Director, Customer Service Operations, where they were a member of the Netsuite Implementation Team for an international location and partnered with Sales to increase adoption of Salesforce.com.

In 2016, Candice worked as an Adjunct Professor at Georgia Highlands College on a part-time basis, and their most recent work experience was not provided.

Candice Powell, previously known as Kathleen Nault, has a solid education history. Candice obtained a Lean Six Sigma certification from Villanova University in 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in Business Management from the University of LaVerne from 2000 to 2002. Candice also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Central Michigan University, which they acquired from 1988 to 1992. Candice's educational journey began with a High School Diploma from Muskegon Senior High in 1988, where they completed the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program.

In addition to their formal education, Candice has also acquired several certifications. Candice obtained a Leading a Customer-Centric Culture certification from lynda.com in October 2014. More recently, they gained an Automation Pro I Certificate and an Automation Pro II Certificate from Workato in April 2023. In September 2021, they obtained a HubSpot Reporting certification from HubSpot Academy. Furthermore, Candice also has a Supervisor Certificate, although the details regarding the institution and the exact date of acquisition are not provided.
