Genelee Pena has extensive experience in human resources and healthcare operations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Corporate Recruiter for Regency Management Services, LLC, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the same organization, Genelee excels in relationship management, onboarding, and conflict resolution. Previously, at the American Association of Colleges of Nursing, Genelee coordinated accreditation operations, providing critical data management support for nursing programs. Earlier roles at the University of Maryland included HR Support Coordinator and Clinical Coordinator, where expertise in HRIS, applicant tracking, and clinical skills in women's health and urgent care were demonstrated. Genelee began the career journey as a Clinical Assistant at Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic, managing data within healthcare systems.
