Nathaniel Shaw has extensive experience in community management and hotel operations, currently serving in a community management role at Regency Multifamily since August 2022. Prior to this, Nathaniel held a similar position at Vivo Living, where responsibilities included leading the conversion of a low-demand hotel into an efficiency apartment complex. This role involved overseeing hotel operations and achieving 100% occupancy. Nathaniel's earlier career includes significant positions such as General Manager at both the Courtyard By Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott, as well as Hotel Manager roles at Best Western® and Cabrillo Inn at East Beach. Nathaniel also held the position of Director of Sales and Operations at several prestigious hotels, including Grand Wailea Maui and Fairmont Olympic Hotel Seattle. Nathaniel earned a degree from Indiana University Bloomington between 1995 and 1999.
