Currently serving as the Dietary Culinary Manager at Regency Pacific Management LLC since October 2021, Rockie has previously held roles including Food and Nutrition Director at Prestige Care, Inc. from January 2014 to December 2021, and Dietary Manager in various facilities including Emeritus and Prestige Care.
