Gina Dobson

A licensed real estate salesperson, Gina serves as the firm’s Vice President and specializes in owner services. As a California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM®) Gina applies more than seventeen years of experience in property management and financial administrative management with a particular emphasis in homeowner’s association management. She works directly with the Boards of Directors of the many HOAs under the firm’s management and prides herself on achieving the goals and objectives of her clients. She is proficient in tenant/landlord relations and rental evaluations.
