In 1996 she returned to Trinidad from the UK to start Regency Recruitment and Resources. As the Chairman, her role is to develop corporate strategy, build client relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure our staff benefit from a professional and supportive working environment. She is actively engaged in many philanthropic endeavors for Rotary, AMCHAM and the Association of Female Executives, and in the little spare time she participate in many social events, travel frequently and raise funds for animal welfare and the T&T Dyslexia Association.
