Dr. James Olaoye

Dr. James Olaoye has worked in various healthcare and academic roles throughout their career. Dr. James is currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at Regency Hospital Company. Before that, they worked as the Emergency Management Director at Holy Cross Hospital. Dr. Olaoye also has teaching experience as an Assistant Professor at Chamberlain University, where they focused on creating an innovative learning environment and improving student retention. Additionally, they have served as the Executive Director at ALAFIA HOME HEALTHCARE LLC, overseeing nursing operations and providing mentorship to the clinical team. Dr. James has also worked as a Hospital Administrator at The Mount Sinai Hospital, where they demonstrated leadership in student teaching and administration. Earlier in their career, Dr. Olaoye worked as a Registered Nurse at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where they provided quality patient care and implemented performance benchmarks. Dr. James also served as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve Nurse Corps, overseeing nursing personnel and ensuring high standards of patient care.

Dr. James Olaoye holds a DNP degree in Nursing Leadership from Chamberlain University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2017. Prior to this, they pursued an MSN degree in Nursing Administration from Regis University, completing it from 2009 to 2013.
