Shellye Espey

Shellye Espey is an experienced Human Resource professional with a strong background in managing HR operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resource Manager at Regency Hospital Company since February 2017, Shellye oversees the HR department for a staff of 150 employees and is responsible for developing annual compensation processes. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Human Resources at Meridian Community College from February 2000 to November 2017, where Shellye managed over 450 employees and a payroll budget of $11 million, centralized HR operations, and coordinated hiring and grievance management. Earlier experience includes serving as Branch Manager at G&K Services from March 1998 to January 2000, where Shellye supervised a team of 29 employees and focused on sales strategy and recruitment. Shellye holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern Mississippi.
