Adriano S. has extensive work experience in the renewable energy sector and town planning. Adriano is currently the Chief Operating Officer and partner at Regener8 Power since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Co-CEO and partner at the same company from December 2018 to November 2022. In 2020, they co-founded CiveQ and continues to hold that position. Adriano also has experience as the Managing Director and partner at Flexygen Limited since September 2016. Before that, they worked as a Planning and Development Consultant at Canadian Solar Inc. from October 2014 to June 2016. Adriano also held similar roles at Astra Power Generation, Solar Planning, and MO3 Power Limited. Adriano began their career as an EIA Consultant at AMEC in July 2008 and later worked as a Town Planner at AtisReal, now BNP Paribas Real Estate, from January 2007 to March 2008.
Adriano S. has a diverse education history. From 1997 to 2003, they attended Università Iuav di Venezia, where they earned a degree in Urban and Regional Planning. In 1999 and 2000, Adriano participated in the Erasmus Programme at SLU - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, focusing on Landscape Analysis and Landscape Management. Adriano continued their education by completing a PGDip in Planning Studies at Oxford Brookes University from 2006 to 2008. In 2009 to 2011, they pursued an MSc in Energy, Environmental Technology and Economics at City, University of London. Adriano also completed a specialized program in 2018 at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, called the Oxford Fintech Programme, which focused on alternative finance and business development.

Regener8 Power is a sustainable and ethical renewable energy company. The company was founded in 2018 by a highly experienced team of renewable energy professionals and is headquartered in Guildford, UK. We focus on the development of high-impact solar, storage, and green hydrogen projects. We are currently focused on projects in the United Kingdom, Poland, and Italy. We combine renewable energy, agriculture, ecology, and carbon management to maximise project impact and revenues. Through our unique development approach, which we call Regener8ive Solar, we are able to unlock additional sustainability impacts whilst increasing project revenues and also significantly increasing the chances of achieving planning success. Our Vision Clean Energy Infrastructure Development represents a unique opportunity to act on climate change through implementing innovative solutions, leveraging the latest technologies across agriculture, natural capital and energy systems. Regener8 Power uses Clean Energy project development as a catalyst to quantify, measure, repair and regenerate Natural Capital (“Our Planet”) through the implementation of biodiversity enhancements and carbon management. We aim to transform traditionally undervalued Natural capital to become a highly valued asset class alondside the dependable revenues from clean energy generation. Our vision is to create Clean Energy projects that enhance biodiversity whilst delivering tangible climate mitigation solutions. We strive to open up future investment into these innovative projects to a wider audience than currently participate.
