Colleen Puma

Colleen Puma has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Colleen started their career as a Middle School English Teacher at Spotsylvania County Public Schools in 2015 and worked there until 2017. Colleen then joined KIPP DC as a 7th Grade Social Studies Teacher for a brief period. In 2017, they transitioned to Achievement First, where they held various roles including Talent Recruiter, Senior Talent Recruiter, Interim Director Connecticut Talent Acquisition, Director of Teacher in Residency Program, and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. Their responsibilities at Achievement First spanned from 2017 to 2023. Colleen most recently joined ReGeneration Schools in 2023 as the Director of Talent and Human Resources.
