Shameka Williams has a diverse work experience that includes roles in both education and retail. Shameka began their career in 2003 as a Sales Associate at Arden B. Clothing Store, where they worked until 2006. In 2004, they joined LEARN Charter School Network as a Preschool Director and Compliance Manager, a position they held until December 2021. Williams then moved on to KinderCare Education, where they worked as a Center Director from 2016 to 2017. Most recently, they joined ReGeneration Schools in 2017, where they currently hold the position of Director of Operations.
Shameka Williams obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ashford University from 2008 to 2010. In addition, they obtained a Professional Organizer Training certification from Universal Class in July 2016. Shameka also has a Level II Director's Credential, however, the institution and the specific obtained month and year are not provided.

ReGeneration Schools is a non-profit school management organization that's dedicated to ensuring that all children have equal access to high quality, college-preparatory education through academic excellence and the content of their character. We currently manage a network of six schools on three CICS campuses in Chicago, IL, and three schools in Cincinnati, OH. ReGeneration Schools prepares all students to enter and succeed in college through effort, achievement and the content of their character.
