Adam Bernstein is currently the Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel of the Dispute Resolution Group at Regeneron, a position held since 2024. Previously, Adam served as Director in the same group and worked as an Associate and Counsel at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from 2010 to 2018. Adam also gained experience as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Supreme Court of New Jersey from 2009 to 2010. Adam earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Haverford College in 2003 and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School in 2009.
