Alena Reznichenko

Alena Reznichenko currently serves as Vice President of Global Medical Affairs for Ophthalmology at Regeneron, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Alena was Vice President of Global Medical Affairs in Specialty Ophthalmology at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine from August 2023 to November 2024, and Strategy Lead for Solid Tumors in Global Medical Affairs at Genmab from September 2022 to August 2023. Alena's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Global Medical Affairs at Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. until the company's closure in September 2022, and holding several positions at Merck from August 2017 to February 2022, culminating as Executive Director of Global Medical Affairs for GI Cancers and Hematology. Alena's academic qualifications include an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Optometry with first-class honors from The University of Auckland.
