Ali Shamoun is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in global development IT, application services, and business technology. Currently serving as the Head of Global Development IT at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since December 2017, Ali has held significant roles at Taylor & Francis Group, Pearson, and Pfizer, where responsibilities included managing large budgets, overseeing global technology operations, and delivering scalable business solutions. With a strong educational background including a Master’s degree in Information Systems Engineering from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The City University of New York, Ali has consistently driven innovation and enhanced operational efficiencies throughout a notable career spanning over three decades.
