Anju Shrestha

Anju Shrestha, MD, is a highly experienced professional in the field of pharmacovigilance and clinical research. Currently serving as the Director and Global Patient Safety Lead for Heme-Oncology at Regeneron since June 2022, Anju previously held positions at Sanofi from November 2014 to June 2022, including roles as Director and Global Safety Officer for mRNA vaccine development and influenza vaccine, as well as Deputy Director and Product Safety Officer in Global Pharmacovigilance. Anju also contributed as Drug Safety Faculty at the Clinical Research Academy of America from 2014 to 2016, instructing on drug safety and advanced clinical research. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Clinical Research Investigator at Stamford Therapeutics Consortium, managing multiple clinical trials, and working as a Clinical Research Coordinator/Sub-Investigator at the Research Center for Clinical Studies. Anju began the medical career as a General Physician at Blue Cross Hospital. Educational qualifications include an MS in Clinical Trial Science with a focus on Drug Safety from Rutgers University - Newark and an MD from Cebu Doctors University.
