Bob Clapp

Bob Clapp, CIPP/US, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management and information security. Currently serving as Associate Director of Data Management at Regeneron since December 2020, Bob has successfully created and operationalized company-wide Data Classification and Data Protection Policies. Previously, Bob held the position of Senior Principal in Information Security Risk & Governance, managing legal privacy matters and driving IT privacy assessments. With a solid background as an Independent Contractor at Cobalt LLP and significant roles at Synapse Group Inc., Bob has led compliance initiatives, developed privacy policies, and achieved notable cost savings and revenue increases in direct mail marketing. Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pace University and a certification in Regulatory Compliance Specialization from the University of Pennsylvania.
