Brian Dwyer

Brian Dwyer currently serves as Head of IT User Engagement and Communications at Regeneron, where responsibilities include developing a scalable framework to enhance user engagement and satisfaction with IT solutions. With extensive experience in change management and IT strategy, Brian previously held senior director roles at ABM Industries, where Brian established an enterprise-wide change management function and managed relationships with senior executives to maximize technology investments. At Pfizer, Brian built partnerships across multiple corporate functions and led teams supporting critical technology in R&D and medical informatics. Brian is a former Lieutenant in the United States Navy, where responsibilities included training and instruction in submarine operations. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
