Francesca Gertsman

Francesca Gertsman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing and commercial development within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Director of New Products & Commercial Development at Regeneron since April 2025, Francesca previously held the position of Director of Marketing/Brand Lead for Thoracic Oncology at Novocure, where leadership included establishing a cross-functional US launch team and receiving the Novocure Excellence "Drive" Award. With a solid foundation in HCP marketing and strategy across various therapeutic areas, Francesca has contributed significantly to product launches including Myfembree and DUPIXENT, while also gaining experience in business development and investment analysis during earlier roles at prestigious organizations such as Genentech and New Science Ventures. Francesca holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a degree in Neurobiology from Harvard University.
