Hailey Nelson

Hailey Nelson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Lead Investigation Specialist at Regeneron since August 2017. In this role, Hailey independently investigates non-conformances, prepares detailed reports, and communicates findings to support manufacturing operations. Hailey has a strong background in analyzing data, reviewing batch records and logbooks for compliance, leading cross-functional teams, and training new employees on investigative processes. Previous experience includes positions at PSGE Center of Hartwick College, Samascott Orchards, Four Brothers, and as a Work Study Student in Student Affairs.
