Jessica Starr has extensive experience in workforce solutions and human resources. Currently serving as Manager of Contingent Workforce at Regeneron since March 2022, Jessica previously held the position of Program Manager at Regeneron through PRO Unlimited from September 2021 to March 2022. Prior to that, Jessica spent over five years at Acara Solutions, where roles included Director of Client Services, Director of Operational Excellence, and Regional Director of Client Services, contributing to the company's reputation for innovative talent acquisition and management. Jessica began the career as a Human Resources Recruiter at Attentive Care NY, gaining experience in home health care services. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Siena College, earned in 2012.
