Kara Olson is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in immunology and therapeutic research. Since September 2007, Kara has held various positions at Regeneron, advancing from Research Associate to Fellow Scientist, focusing on basic discovery research, novel antibody formats, and bioassay development. Prior to Regeneron, Kara worked at Amgen as a Senior Associate Scientist from October 2003 to July 2007, contributing to preclinical research on Multiple Sclerosis therapeutics and conducting in vivo and in vitro studies. Kara's early research experience includes positions at Stanford University in the Department of Immunology and at the University of Oxford. Kara holds a Master of Science in Immunology from Rockefeller University and both a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology with Honors and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative History of Ideas from the University of Washington.
