Lacey H. currently serves as Director and previously as Associate Director of Corporate Counsel in the Regulatory and Commercial Law Group at Regeneron since August 2021. Prior experience includes an Associate position at Latham & Watkins from September 2018 to August 2021, where Lacey H. provided counsel on FDA regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters, along with participating in a diverse Unassigned Program. Additional experience includes a Summer Law Clerk role at Latham & Watkins, focusing on Healthcare and Life Sciences, and a Summer Law Clerk position at the U.S. Department of Justice, working on cases under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. A legal career began with a Legal Intern position at Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever LLP. Lacey H. holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies with minors in Journalism and Government from Georgetown University.
