Terra Colvin Thomas

Terra Colvin Thomas has over 16 years of legal experience. Terra began their career as an Assistant Attorney General at the Ohio Attorney General's Office in March 2002 and worked there until June 2005. Terra then joined the Texas Department of Insurance as an Attorney in September 2005 and remained in that role until May 2018. From June 2018 to November 2019, they served as the Compliance Manager at EMPLOYERS before being promoted to the position of Director, Corporate Counsel, Compliance in November 2019.

Terra Colvin Thomas completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Miami University from 1991 to 1995. Afterward, they pursued further education at Capital University Law School, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree specializing in Law from 1995 to 1998.
