Matthew Conway

Matthew Conway is a Staff Engineer at Regeneron, where they are currently engaged in digitally transforming process development. Previously, Matthew served as a Doctoral Researcher at the Complex Resilient and Intelligent Systems Lab, designing machine learning systems and supervising undergraduate students. Earlier in their career, they earned a stipend as a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Scholar and worked as a Student Lab Technician at the Bioprocess Scale-Up Facility, where they received multiple accolades for their initiative. Matthew also gained experience as a Full Stack Engineer at Arthena, developing web products and implementing quality assurance strategies. They hold a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland and Columbia University, respectively.
