Noriko Nakazawa

Noriko Nakazawa is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in healthcare compliance management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Compliance at Regeneron, Noriko oversees compliance initiatives and leads the Hanbaijoho teikyokatsudo Guidelines while being a member of the Japan Executive Team. Previously, Noriko held the Director position at Incyte, managing compliance for Incyte Japan, and also contributed to Celgene and Pfizer in senior compliance roles, focusing on local regulatory adherence and operational leadership. Noriko holds a Master's degree in international administration law from Hitotsubashi ICS and has further academic experience from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
