Patricia Mercurio Lockett is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in global human capital management systems and product management. Currently serving as Senior Director of IT Global HCM Systems at Regeneron since December 2019, Patricia has previously held key leadership positions at WeWork, Meredith Corporation, Time Inc., and Avon, focusing on Workday implementations and integrations across multiple countries. Notable achievements include managing the global rollout of Workday Time and Absence programs in over 30 countries and spearheading the Meredith Workday Harmonization project following the acquisition of Time Inc.
