Ryan Sickles has accumulated extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement since joining Regeneron in March 2010, initially as a Continuous Improvement Engineer and advancing to Associate Director. In this role, Ryan leads the development of operational excellence strategies, coaches measurement methodologies, and implements statistical techniques to meet business needs. Prior to Regeneron, Ryan worked at Comcast in various capacities, including Process Flow Engineer and Customer Care Internal Metrics Analyst, contributing to the deployment of new products and creating benchmarking reports. Ryan began a career in process improvement during an internship at IMCO Incorporated and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
