Sally A. Paull

Sally A. Paull has been working in the field of human resources for over 25 years. Sally is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Regeneron. Prior to this, they were the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer at Inova Health System from September 2014 to April 2016. In this role, they were responsible for global direction of organization development and all talent processes, including performance management, talent acquisition, talent assessment and succession management, leadership development, and executive profiles.

Before their time at Inova Health System, Sally was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Forest Laboratories from November 2009 to February 2014. As Chief HR Officer, they provided strategic leadership on all Human Capital matters related to achieving business strategy and performance. Sally also supported and gave input to the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee on talent, diversity, and executive compensation.

Sally started their career in human resources at DENTSPLY International in June 1997 as the Vice President of Human Resources for North & Latin America. Sally was later promoted to Human Resources Manager at L.D. Caulk, a division of DENTSPLY International, where they worked from January 1994 to December 1997.

Sally A. Paull has a Bachelor of Science in European Theirtory from the USAF Academy and a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Delaware.

They are on a team with Marion McCourt - SVP, Commercial, Ron Wang - SVP, Quality Control, and Beth F. Holly - VPC & Chief Compliance Officer. Sally A. Paull reports to Leonard S. Schleifer, Founder, President & CEO.
