Sean Yu

Sean Yu is a Clinical Informatics Manager at Regeneron, where they focus on converting and managing clinical and phenotype data for downstream genetic research. They previously served as an Associate Manager of Clinical Informatics at Regeneron and had experience as a Biomedical Informatics PhD student at Washington University in St. Louis. Sean's background includes roles at Epic, where they provided technical support for clinical documentation, and at Cleveland State University, where they contributed to research on 3D Microarray BioPrinting technology. They began their academic journey with a Master’s degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Northwestern University. Sean has also gained research experience through positions at the Lerner Research Institute, Routtenberg Lab, and various other labs.
