Seth Koehler

Seth Koehler currently serves as Associate Director of Toxicology at Regeneron since January 2024, following a successful tenure at Decibel Therapeutics where roles included Director of Preclinical Development and Translation. In that position, Seth led non-clinical and IND-enabling activities for gene therapy programs, oversaw assay development, pharmacology, and toxicology, and managed consultant and CRO activities. Prior experience includes leading a sensory physiology functional group and establishing platforms for evaluating auditory and vestibular sensory function. Academic qualifications include a PhD and MS in Biomedical Engineering and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Philosophy from the University of Michigan. Additionally, Seth engaged in research as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Johns Hopkins University and contributed to youth soccer coaching at Ann Arbor United.
