Stephen Moreau

Stephen Moreau, MBA, currently serves as a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Regeneron since March 2023. Previously, at Albany Medical Center from 2014 to 2022, Stephen held positions including Associate Director of Revenue Cycle Operations, where significant automation initiatives reduced late charges by over $500K. Stephen has extensive experience in operational excellence, directing kaizen events and optimizing revenue cycle processes, while also enhancing patient experiences through cross-functional team leadership. Earlier roles included operational excellence facilitation focused on lean methodologies and healthcare management internships that led to substantial increases in patient satisfaction and financial reimbursement. Stephen holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Data Analytics, a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Management from Clarkson University and the University at Albany.
