Don Tate has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. In 1997, they began their career as a Senior Workflow and Application Design Consultant for Denali Advanced Integration. In 2003, they moved to Vulcan, Inc. as a Senior Support Analyst. During their time there, they provided IT services for Paul Allen's personal assets and venture companies, and implemented a command center system for the Seahawks stadium launch. In 2005, they worked as a contract IT Project Manager for both American Express and Schwab Institutional. Don then moved to Imperial Irrigation District as an IT Workflow and Application Design Consultant, where they improved IT support efficiency by implementing a new priority system, support categorization, root cause analysis process, and general workflow between users and support staff. In 2006, Don Tate moved to Charles Schwab as an Application Services Manager, where they increased productivity and accuracy for the trading and support departments using workflow and applications solutions. Since 2009, they have been the VP of Technology at Regenesis Biomedical, Inc., creating a DevOps concept by merging IT and Engineering teams as a cross-functional Innovation Team. Don has applied visionary concepts to employ data sciences, leveraging machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques, in their medical devices to ensure a position as the leader in digital health.

Don Tate completed their education history with a General degree from Bellevue College in 1992, followed by an Engineering Program degree from Lake Washington Institute of Technology in 1994. In 1996, they attended Bellevue College for an Advanced Unix Administration and Advanced Unix Scripting course. In 1999, they attended New Horizon's for an Advanced Crystal Report Development and NT 4.0 Enterprise Technologies course. In 2003, they attended Effectiveness Institute Inc. for a People Skills course. In 2005, they attended Charles Schwab for a PMP Training course. In 2006, they attended Fierce Inc. for a Negotiation Techniques course. Lastly, in 2007, they attended Effectiveness Institute Inc. for a Leadership Coaching and Effective Team Dynamics course.
