Doug Peterson is the Chief Scientist at Regenified, where they have served as the Director of Standards & Protocol since 2021, working towards transitioning the world's supply chain to adopt regenerative practices. Between 1987 and 2008, they held various roles at USDA-NRCS, including District Conservationist and Regional Soil Health Specialist. Doug began their career as a Soil Scientist at Putnam County SWCD from 1986 to 1987. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Missouri Western State University in 1986.
