Justin Guile

Justin Guile has a diverse work experience that spans over the years. Justin is currently serving as the SVP of Commercial Lending at Regent Bank starting from August 2022. Prior to joining Regent Bank, they held the position of Vice President, Commercial Lending at RCB Bank from October 2019 until September 2022. Before that, they worked at Armstrong Bank from March 2015 to October 2019, initially as VP, Relationship Banker I and later as VP, Relationship Banker II. Justin also gained experience as a Financial Controller at Lufthansa Technik Component Services from April 2014 to March 2015, and as a Financial Analyst at Accord Capital Corporation from March 2012 to April 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Personal Banker at RCB Bank from September 2010 to March 2012 and as a Junior Associate Internship at Investors Capital in June 2010.

Justin Guile attended Northeastern State University from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in the College of Business. Their field of study was Finance and Financial Management Services. After their undergraduate studies, Justin Guile participated in the ABA Commercial Lending School of Banking, Credit & Financial Analysis at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business between an unspecified start year and 2019. Additionally, they completed the Commercial Lending School of Banking program offered by the Oklahoma Bankers Association - OKC Lending School in 2018, specializing in Credit & Financial Analysis.
