Sean Kouplen

Sean Kouplen began their work experience as COO at Citizens Security Bank & Trust Co., Bixby, OK, from 1999 to 2005. Sean then served as President/COO at Grand Bank from 2005 to 2007. Following this, they became the Chairman and CEO of Regent Bank in 2007. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Secretary of Commerce and Workforce Development for the State of Oklahoma, where they served until 2021. In 2023, Sean co-founded the rapidly growing faith in work movement, 94X Movement.

Sean Kouplen obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Economics from Oklahoma State University, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Accounting and Finance at Oklahoma State University from 1999 to 2002.
