Robert Hoernschemeyer

Bobby Hoernschemeyer is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and restructuring. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Regent, L.P. since March 2019, Bobby focuses on partnering with management teams to drive operational improvements within businesses. Prior to this role, Bobby spent six years at Alvarez & Marsal as a Senior Associate in Restructuring & Turnaround, where expertise was developed in financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and managing companies through Chapter 11 proceedings. Bobby's career began with a Summer Associate position at Credit Suisse in investment banking and included a significant role as an Electrical & Electronics Systems Engineer at Ford Motor Company. Bobby holds an MBA in Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business and a dual Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
