Alan de Castro

Alan de Castro has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Alan joined Regent Properties in 2023 as the Executive Vice President. Prior to that, they worked at Crescent Real Estate LLC as the Senior Vice President from 2019 to 2023. From 2014 to 2019, they held the position of Senior Director - Development at Greystar. Before that, they were an Associate - Development at Carmel Partners from 2013 to 2014. Alan also worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Associate in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group from 2011 to 2013. Alan started their career at CapitalSource in 2007 as an Analyst in Real Estate Structured Finance, and later worked as a Project Engineer at Clark Construction from 2005 to 2007.

Alan de Castro completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Duke University, starting in 2001 and graduating in 2005. Prior to that, they attended Trinity Valley School from 1997 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Finance and Real Estate degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, beginning in 2009 and graduating in 2011.
