Eric McAndrews

Eric McAndrews is an experienced professional in the hospitality and reservation industries, having held various leadership roles at Regent Seven Seas Cruises since February 2007, including Sr. Director of Reservations and Guest Relations, and Director of Passenger Services. Notable achievements include relocating the FLL reservation center to Miami and managing the staffing processes for multiple reservation centers. Prior to this, Eric served as a Manager of Sales and Service and Supervisor of Reservations, focusing on team coaching and exceptional customer service. In April 2025, Eric transitioned to the role of Sr. Director of Guest Relations at Oceania Cruises. Earlier experience includes serving as Inbound Supervisor at Omaha Steaks, overseeing extensive telesales teams. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Hospitality Management from Florida Atlantic University.
