Amy Phillips

Amy Phillips is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting, team leadership, and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at Regent Surgical since February 2022, Amy oversees all corporate accounting functions and is actively involved in budgeting and forecasting. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Accounting at Sharecare, where responsibilities encompassed international and domestic month-end closes, and Senior Business Analyst at Healthways, where Amy played a key role in financial systems administration and process improvements. Amy’s career began at Central Parking System as an Accountant, with progressive roles in several organizations, culminating in a comprehensive skill set in financial management and analysis. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University.
