Ashley Kratohvil

Ashley Kratohvil, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting. Currently serving as Senior Director of Financial Reporting at Regent Surgical Health since November 2023, Ashley previously held the role of Director of Accounting at D4C Dental Brands, Inc. from April 2021 to November 2023. Prior positions include AVP of Operations Accounting and Financial Reporting at Haven Behavioral Healthcare and Financial Reporting Manager at Episode Solutions. Ashley has also worked as a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst at both Quorum Health and LifePoint Health, managing SEC reporting functions for major hospital operators. After starting a career in auditing with Crowe Horwath LLP and Rodefer Moss & Co, Ashley's foundational experience includes positions as a Senior Financial Analyst at Eco-Energy Inc. and Accounting Assistant at Brooksource & Technical Youth.
