Dr. Kelly Whelan

Dr. Kelly Whelan is the Founder and CEO of Belem Leaders, where a commitment to executive leadership and team development is prioritized, alongside hosting the podcast "CONVERSATIONS For Leaders & Teams." As Editor in Chief of Christian Coaching Magazine at Regent University and an Adjunct Faculty member in Executive & Team Coaching, Dr. Whelan contributes to the academic field by mentoring doctoral students. Additionally, Dr. Whelan serves as President of Naples Leaders Inc., a nonprofit organization, and previously held the role of Founder and Executive Director at Stepping Stone Children's Center. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University and various advanced certifications in team coaching from esteemed institutions.
