Jacqueline Nicole Wigfall

Jacqueline Nicole Wigfall serves as the Chief Operations Officer at the United States Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC) since April 2023 and is currently a PhD student at Regent University. With extensive experience in the US Army since May 2001, roles have included Inspector General and IT Manager, focusing on cybersecurity management, disaster recovery, and tactical communications. Jacqueline holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Project Management from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology from Georgia Regents University College of Nursing, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Texas Christian University. Additionally, Jacqueline is a candidate for a Doctor of Strategic Leadership in Military and Strategic Leadership at Regent University.
