Kristin Nicole Smith

Kristin Nicole Smith serves as the Associate Director of the Center for Student Happiness at Regent University since August 2021, focusing on equipping students for personal and professional development in alignment with their calling. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Student Development and Orientation & Student Engagement Manager at Group Mission Trips from May 2018 to May 2023, as well as Program Leader at Strong Tower Church from June 2020 to August 2021. Kristin's earlier experience at Regent University also includes serving as Next Gen Coordinator and Chapel Coordinator between August 2017 and May 2020. Kristin holds a Bachelor's degree in History & Theology and a Master's degree in Theology/Theological Studies, both from Regent University.
