Mary Jo Burchard

Mary Jo Burchard, Ph.D., is a seasoned organizational leadership and development professional, currently serving as Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at Concord Leader since July 2018. Burchard has extensive experience in academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Regent University, overseeing research and teaching various courses related to organizational leadership and change. Burchard's previous roles include Chief Learning Officer at The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth, where efforts focused on trauma-informed professional development, and VP of Strategic Leadership at MasterMinds Leadership, specializing in executive coaching and leadership training. Throughout a career that spans multiple positions in leadership development and education, Burchard has emphasized the importance of cultivating curiosity, effectiveness, and accountability within organizations. Burchard holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and both an MA and BA from Fresno Pacific University.
