Nicole Davis

Nicole Davis, PhD, serves as the President & CEO of the Maryland Christian Chamber of Commerce and is the Co-Founder of Empower to Engage. With expertise in conflict management, Nicole works as an ADR Advisor - Reservist for FEMA, providing dispute resolution services and training. Additionally, Nicole holds an adjunct faculty position at Regent University and serves as a mediator, trainer, and facilitator at ADR Vantage, Inc. and Baltimore Mediation. Nicole's extensive background includes roles such as Federal Mediator and Harassment Prevention Expert at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and a Commissioner with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. Nicole holds a PhD in Conflict Analysis and Resolution Studies from Nova Southeastern University, a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Morgan State University.
