Stephen Webb serves as Principal Lecturer and Criminal Justice Program Coordinator at Regent University since March 2010. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Lieutenant - Special Agent-in-Charge at the Virginia State Police from July 1986 to September 2013, and served as a Captain in the US Army Reserves from May 1985 to May 1995.
