Stephen Webb

Stephen Webb serves as Principal Lecturer and Criminal Justice Program Coordinator at Regent University since March 2010. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Lieutenant - Special Agent-in-Charge at the Virginia State Police from July 1986 to September 2013, and served as a Captain in the US Army Reserves from May 1985 to May 1995. Stephen's educational background includes a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University and participation in the Administrative Officer's Management Program at North Carolina State University. Additionally, Stephen obtained a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Liberty University.
