Gary Gregory has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Gary started their career as a Designer/Draftsman at Cooling Technology, Inc in 2008. Gary then worked as a Pro-E Designer at Aerotek from 2010 to 2012. Following this, they joined Turbotec Products, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they oversaw and supported manufacturing processes and operations. During their time at Turbotec, they utilized lean manufacturing principles and designed tooling using AutoCAD. In 2014, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer Tech at Adecco on a contract basis.

In 2015, Gary worked at Metal Industries, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer/Manager, where they performed statistical analysis and utilized design of experience and Taguchi method. In 2016, they worked as an Advanced Quality Engineer at Aerotek on a job assignment at GKN Driveline. In this role, they performed statistical analysis, created reports for management, reviewed PPAPs, and developed standard work instructions.

From 2016 to 2018, Gary worked as a Quality Engineer at GKN Driveline. In this role, they focused on quality projects such as laser weld issues and developed and updated inspection and auditing sheets. Gary also utilized various software including Minitab, Wind chill, Aquapro, AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

In 2018, Gary joined Cataler North America as an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer. Gary was responsible for creating quality alerts, overseeing the calibration program, and was certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Gary also held the certification of an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer.

In 2021, Gary joined ALKEGEN as a Supplier Quality Engineer. Gary also held the role of APQP Quality Engineer during their time at the company. ALKEGEN was formed as a result of the merger between Unifrax and Lydall Thermal/Acoustical. In 2023, Gary joined REGENT as a Supplier Quality Engineer.

Gary obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Machine Tool Technology/Machinist from Western Piedmont Community College from 1995 to 2000. Gary furthered their education at Western Piedmont Community College and received an AAS in Drafting and Design Technology/Technician from 2000 to 2002. In the same period, they also earned another AAS degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician from the same institution. Gary then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, which they completed from 2004 to 2010.

Gary'spursuit of higher education continued at Western Carolina University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology from 2013 to 2015. Gary further expanded their knowledge in the field of business by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General, from Western Carolina University from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their extensive education, Gary Gregory has also obtained certifications that highlight their expertise. Gary is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, which they obtained from ASQ - World Headquarters in December 2019. Gary has also earned the Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification from the same institution in May 2021.
