Christine Shen

Christine Shen is currently serving as Principal Counsel at the University of California since October 2023. Previously, Christine held the position of SVP, Head of Corporate Legal for North America at Oxford Properties Group from March 2022 to June 2023. A significant portion of Christine's career was spent at Boston Properties, where roles included Senior Vice President, Regional General Counsel and Vice President, Regional Counsel from February 2009 to February 2022. Earlier experiences encompass serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Longs Drug Stores Corporation, and various associate roles at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P., and Gunster Yoakley and Stewart PA. Christine earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Davis - School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Princeton University.
