Kathleen Grace Soriano

Kathleen Grace Soriano, MPA, currently serves as a Senior Policy Analyst at UC Health Policy and Regulatory Affairs since September 2023. Previously, Kathleen held various roles at the University of Southern California from November 2016 to September 2023, including Senior Managing Director of Health Policy and Legislative Analyst in State Government Relations, where responsibilities included advocating for health policy, monitoring legislation, and managing departmental initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at the California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce as Public Policy and Global Initiatives Coordinator, and as a Research Assistant at Barry Wyatt Associates. Kathleen began their professional journey in public service as a Student Advisor for the UC Davis Washington Program and interned at the Embassy of Greece. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from UC Davis.
