Scott Mautte

Scott Mautte is an experienced educational management program professional currently serving as a 4-H Community Education Specialist III for Volunteer & Staff Development at the University of California. Since August 2011, Scott has been involved in developing volunteer educational courses and managing complex volunteer programs. Previous roles include Assistant Training Manager/Instructional Designer, 4-H Statewide Volunteer Learning & Development Manager, and 4-H Statewide Volunteer Community Education Specialist, where Scott directed statewide programs and developed various training courses. As the founder of Scott Mautte Consulting, an organizational leadership and management firm, Scott provided custom consulting solutions to small and medium-sized businesses and non-profits. Other professional experiences include training roles at The Youth Development Network and the City of Sacramento Parks and Recreation, as well as directorial positions in youth ministries and program services. Scott holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor's degree in Bible from Cairn University.
